Mr Darren Tahir (47) was faced with an uncertain future when he was made redundant from his job of 17 years as a children's social care worker.
However, as one door closed, another opened and Darren decided to set up Covid-19 Cleaning Care Solutions, his one-man business which will go into pubs, restaurants, schools and other public buildings to deep clean using a special 90 day solution.

"Given the current climate, I thought it would be a good idea to set up a sanitising business. I use what's known as electro static spraying from a wireless machine which gives 90 days protection. I think this will be very reassuring for local businesses and their customers."
Darren revealed he already has a number of bookings from local pubs keen to be 'Covid-ready' before the lockdown is lifted for hospitality, and has had inquiries from gyms and other public buildings.
