Firefighters rescued two casualties from their vehicle after it was involved in an accident on Clitheroe Road, Sabden.

Fire engines from Clitheroe and Padiham attended the incident yesterday (Friday) just after 8-30am. It involved just one car.

A spokesman for Lancashire Fire and Rescue said: "Firefighters released two casualties from their vehicle and administered precautionary checks. Fire crews were on the scene for approximately 50 minutes."
