Lisa Spiers, from Burnley, decided to organise the event after her father, Martin, attended a recent prostate cancer screening clinic at Turf Moor and discovered he was suffering from the disease.
Since then he has been receiving the very best of treatment and care.

Between 10am and 2pm there will be a variety of fun activities including a children’s colouring competition with a chocolate hamper as the main prize.
With support from the xercise4less gym in Burnley, visitors to the event are also being encouraged to take part in a cycling challenge.
Martin is a life-long Clarets fan and so Lisa has set a challenge for herself and a small group of friends and relatives of attempting to cycle the length of the Turf Moor pitch 1,200 during the event.
